PROPERTY OVERVIEW
The beautifully decorated 1BR/1BATH cottage will make you feel at home right away! The large front yard faces west, offering gorgeous sunset views. In the warmer months, dine alfresco underneath a pergola shaded with grape vines. In the cooler months, stay warm at the large outdoor fire pit.

The home is perfectly situated to enjoy a peaceful stay in the country and serves as an ideal location to explore the Northern Virginia wine region and historic Loudoun County.

LIVING AREAS
Lounge on a sofa and one armchair in the Cottage while you snuggle in to watch a movie on the large screen SmartTV with your favorite streaming apps.

KITCHEN and DINING
The well equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating for four. Dine at the four person table with catering options with LoudounStay.

BEDROOMS and BATHS
The master bedroom in the Stone Tower Cottage has a king bed, direct access to the balcony, and an en-suite bath with a tub shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Guests enjoy access to their private cottage and the large front yard, including the exclusive use of the pergola and fire pit during their stay.

The next door neighbors have very friendly dogs. If you have a fear of dogs, please let us know at the time of booking so we can let the neighbors know

LoudounStay has a Guest Concierge full time employee that reaches out to every guest that books with a LoudounStay property. Outside of the signature standardized services/amenities, we have partnerships with catering, chef experience, sommeliers, transportation, wineries, outdoor/adventure companies and many more that we coordinate with to build customized experiences.

Drive just half a mile long to the Stone Tower Winery tasting room, or less than 10 minutes to downtown historic Leesburg, VA for local restaurants, craft breweries, and nightlife.
