Trinity Farm Estate

Somehow the property was even better in person. The description was spot on and they provide all of the amenities so it makes packing a breeze! It was very clean and well kept. We stayed on the property the whole time and did not get bored. Great space for hosting. Lake was bigger than expected and clean.

We have never came across a place like this but it was all we could have asked for and more! My organization was looking for an location, not too far from DC, to host an informal, intimate leadership retreat and were so lucky to come across Loudon Stays! Not only did they accomendate us, but they helped arrange all the catering, shuttles, etc.. that we needed. They stocked fridges with locally made foods and went above and beyond to go to the store for us and pick up misc goods. We were able to move all around the estate for our meetings and planning sessions. From the barn, the porches, fire pits, or inside the spacious living rooms. The kitchen was amazing! We were able to cook multiple course meal with all 13 of our guests cooking at once. Highly recommended!

Our daughter got married at Vanish and we we able to stay a Trinity Farms for a long weekend. The weather was beautiful!! The big white house had everything you could ask for. The smaller tan house was a great blend of old and new. Just a slight warning-the living room staircase in the tan house is original so it is narrow and steep-best for seniors to avoid. We had a wonderful time and everything was perfect!!

This property is stunningly beautiful and the houses are absolutely gorgeous inside. The houses were well equipped to handle our entire wedding party and everyone had an amazing time. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Gorgeous property that was somehow better in persons accurate description / pictures. Lake was bigger than expected and was very clean. Both houses were clean, well kept, with all of the needed amenities. Great space for hosting a large group. Will definitely be back!

Pictures does not do this place justice! Plenty of room in both houses for all! Although with the swimming pond, front porches, fire pit we were seldom inside. Easy check in and out and the management company is more than helpful! Book this place you won’t be disappointed.

This place is unbelievable! The pictures doesn’t do it justice! We had 18 adults and 11 kids plenty of room for everyone between the two houses but most of the time we were outside and by the swimming pond! Check in and out couldn’t be any easier and the houses were furnished with everything you could desire! I would rent this property again without a doubt! The Louden team more than helpful meeting any needs you may have with suggestions for wonderful things to do around there. If there was a rating of more than 5 stars they would get it from us!

This place was made for family gatherings!! There was something for everyone!! The kids were never bored and we had so much space in the manor house to host all the family from both houses for meals. The property is really gorgeous and the customer service is some of the best I’ve ever had!!! I absolutely plan to come back someday!!

There is nothing like this in the area, two large houses, completely modernized in a private and picturesque valley with a lake! We had a large group of family attending a wedding at nearby Zion Springs (also amazing!) and this was perfect for folks arriving and departing at different times. Lots of parking on the drives. The accommodations are modern and the common areas large, including a very large main kitchen open to the great room. Lots of wonderful balconies on the main house. Our guest loved the lake (and fished!) There are no coffee grinders or makers in the houses so bring your own or Keurig pods (both houses have a machine and one house had a pour over). No issues with anything in the house so there was a wonderful peace of mind.

Trinity Farm was the best stocked rental kitchen I have ever been in. We had 24 people staying here, everyone loved it. The homes are immaculate, the linens were clean and smelled fresh, the bathrooms even had toothbrushes if you forgot yours!

The pond and the grounds were very spacious, our daughter was getting married nearby so my husband and I were very busy getting things ready and set up so everyone else had plenty of fun on the grounds while we were getting things ready for the big event.

Pam, the property manager was very attentive, she would answer most question via text within minutes. She even set up a shuttle for all our guests to get to the wedding and back!

Leesburg is a short distance away, the old part of town was a lot of fun, the oyster bar and the micro breweries were great.

I would recommend this to anyone who has a large group, it is way better that staying in a hotel, more together time and less planning. The porches are awesome, great for morning coffee and evening cocktails. There is plenty of room inside, big tables for us all to eat together and play games.

We had a 50th birthday celebration at the property that spanned Thursday-Sunday and it was awesome. Plenty of room for couples to spread out, beautiful views from around the property, clean and modern accommodations and nice common areas. The property is close to breweries and vineyards as well as Leesburg so there is plenty to do. We rented both houses and were able to move between both as the mood struck us...chef's kitchen in one...turntable and vinyl in the other. All of our guests were impressed and had a blast. Pam Deelsnyder is a great, great resource for everything as well.

We enjoyed the stay overall. It was a perfect place for family to gather post-Covid for Thanksgiving. There were a few glitches like the neighbor who had a crew out at 7:30 a.m. to loudly clear his land on Thanksgiving Day (who does that?) but that wasn’t the fault of this property and they were quick to reply back when I communicated my concern. They’re were a few other small items but overall, we’ve got no real complaints and everyone had a great time.

I can’t begin to explain how great this property was. I’ve stayed in many rental locations for 15 plus people and have never seen a management company handle the entire process so well. They were responsive, gave every detail before check in and both houses were prepped, decorated, and ready for guest to have the best time! Highly recommend this location for family or friends.

We hosted a 25th Anniversary weekend, with both overnighters and some day guests on Saturday. Gathering in groups to eat and chat was easy in both houses. The pond for paddling in watercraft and swimming was a particular delight for both children and adults! Both houses were well appointed for overnight, with plenty of amenities. And the kitchens were reasonably well stocked with the equipment needed to cook for a group. Porches at both houses proved to be favorite places to enjoy the beautiful weather we had! The only notable problem was when the mowers arrived midday on Friday, forcing a lunch on the porch to be moved inside. Also, through a series of questions and answers back and forth, we learned that some of the information and contract docs on VRBO were inconsistent with the intent of the owner and management team. Once we were able to make direct contact with LoudounStay, we were able to sort out these details adequately. Overall, a gorgeous location to enjoy a fabulous weekend!

Everything about the houses, the property, the management, the surrounding area was perfect. We had a group of 24 in all so rented both houses, everyone was able to sleep comfortably and have their own space in the houses. The management team was very welcoming, very responsive when we had questions during our stay and even sent someone to the house to help out with something while we were there. Tons of fun things to do on the property around the house and very close to Leesburg, vineyards, breweries, and Harpers Ferry. Would recommend to any other big groups or big families looking to create some awesome memories.
