The LoudounStay story begins with Luke and Ardelle Baldwin. They love Loudoun County and had a desire to spread wide roots here that could grow into something beautiful, breathing life into the community they cherish.
As they surveyed the landscape of Western Loudoun County, their respect for hard working farmers in the agritourism industry, paired with Luke’s entrepreneurial spirit, sparked the vision for LoudounStay.
Approaching the challenge to create a business that would sustain and support Loudoun’s community, wineries, and local business owners while also maintaining slow growth that would honor the land, the Baldwins have chosen to link arms with their neighbors.
Today they partner with estate owners to help preserve family legacies which, in turn, provides luxury accommodations to welcome guests from around the globe.
By working with local businesses to create amazing, bespoke experiences for LoudounStay guests, the Baldwins are able to highlight unseen Loudoun treasures and create new job opportunities across the county.
